Refund policy

All products are printed on-demand from Printful, so these policies have been adapted from their standard set of policy guidelines for returns and refunds.   

Returns

Q: Do you allow returns?
A: Printful only accepts returns for products that were received damaged, defective, or entirely wrong by you, the customer. Printful does not allow returns for "buyer's remorse" orders. Please make absolutely sure you are ordering the correct size by double-checking the size guidelines posted with each product on its product page.
 
Q: Do you cover shipping costs for returned items?
A: Shipping costs for returned items must be covered entirely by you, the customer. These costs are non-refundable. 
  
Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
A: At this time, Printful's return policy does not cover "buyer's remorse" purchases nor items ordered in the wrong size/ color. Each item is custom-made on-demand, which means if the product is returned for an exchange, I have to send it back at cost with shipping to Printful, who will end up donating the unwanted item to charity. 

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out the sizing charts—I have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please contact info@dominiquefougere.studio within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I will send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Refunds

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Refunds are only offered to customers who have received the wrong or damaged or defective items. If any of these apply to your refund situation, contact info@dominiquefougere.studio within a week's time with photos of the wrong/damaged/defective product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
